You boost the toughness of a friend to withstand ever so slightly more. Choose a creature within range. It gains +1 AC for the duration.

Draconic Vitality

Level 1; FP cost 2; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V; Range L (10 ft.); Duration 1 hour

You bolster an ally with the vital force of a draconic spirit. Choose a creature within range. The target gains 1d8 + your Spellcasting mod. temporary hit points for the duration.

Sap

Level 1; FP cost 1; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V; Range L (120 ft.); Duration I

You leech the energy and willingness to live off an enemy. Choose a creature within range. The target takes half your Spellcasting modifier withering damage (minimum of 1).

CL 3 requirement

Drain Power

Level 3; FP cost 5; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V; Range L (30 ft.); Duration I

You send out a ball of magical force that seems to open like a maw to attach itself to an enemy and suck their life out. Make an Attack (Spellcasting) roll. On success, the target takes 2d8 + your Spellcasting mod. withering damage.

Bewitch

Level 3; FP cost 10; Casting Time 1 Bonus Action; Components V; Range L (10 ft.); Duration 1 min.

You empower your charming characteristics with the power of dragons, compulsing others to admire and adore you in unnatural ways. Choose a creature within range. The target must make a Saving (Charisma) throw against your Spell Save DC. On a fail, the target is charmed. The creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Kinetic Force

Level 3; FP cost 5; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V; Range L (50 ft.); Duration I

You manifest an invisible force that moves objects and people to your will. Choose a creature or object within range. The creature must make a Saving (Dexterity) throw against your Spell Save DC. On a failure, or if it is an object, you can move the target up to 60 feet in any horizontal direction. The creature must stay in range of the spell for the whole duration.

CL 5 requirement

Dire Dodge

Level 5; FP cost 15; Casting Time 1 reaction; Components V, S; Range S or L (30 ft., only for summoner); Duration 1 round

When you or your summoner is targeted by a ranged spell, you use your powers to push the chance of safely dodging to be more in your favor. The target gains +1 to AC and +5 to Saving (Dexterity) throws until the start of your next turn, including against the triggering spell.

Flame Column

Level 5; FP cost 15; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V; Range L (60 ft.); AoE special; Duration C (5 rounds)

You create a 30 ft. tall by 20 ft. diameter wide column of fire on a location within range. When a creature enters the column for the first time or starts its turn there, it must make a Saving throw against your Spell Save DC. On a failed save, it takes 3d8 fire damage or half damage on a successful save.

CL 7 requirement

Nerve Overload

Level 7; FP cost 10; Casting Time 1 Action; Components S; Range C; Duration 1 round

You overload the senses to overtake and damage the nervous pathways with stimuli, causing the victim to be temporarily unable to function. Choose a creature within range. The target takes force damage equal to your Spellcasting mod. and must make a Saving throw. On a failure, roll a d100 and consult the table.

Flesh Sculpt

Level 7; FP cost 20; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V, S; Range C; Duration C (10 min.)

You touch a willing creature. The creature gains one of the following effects for the duration.
– The creature grows a pair of translucent wings. It gains a fly speed of 45 ft. and can use the Wing Strike dragon natural weapon.
– The creature’s skin hardens to resemble a brick and their muscles stiffen beyond normal. The creature is petrified.
– The creature grows a scaly tail. It can use the Tail Swipe dragon natural weapon.
– The target’s body shifts and molds, removing injuries. The target is healed for 5d8 health.
The creature’s features move and shift. The target receives a +5 bonus to any Intelligence (Disguise) checks. This option also allows for the caster to change the target’s size by one size category (reduce or increase by 5 ft).

Potent Killer

Level 7; FP cost 20; Casting Time 1 min.; Components V, S; Range C; Duration 1 hour

You catalyze the contents of a poison, making it much more potent for a limited time. While casting, you touch a vial of a poison. The damage dice of the poison are doubled until the poison is used or for an hour, whichever is shorter.

CL 9 requirement

Lord of the Skies

Level 9; Prereq. Dragon spirit; FP cost 40; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V, S; Range S; AoE 100 ft. sphere; Duration C (5 rounds)

You exert your might as the apex predator of the sky and compel all to clear your rightful place of rule. All flying creatures of your choice within range must make a DC 25 Saving (Dexterity) throw. On a fail, they have their fly speed reduced to 0 and lose the ability to hover for the duration.

Grand Catastrophe

Level 9; Prereq. Dragon or Amphithere spirit; FP cost 20; Casting Time 1 Action; Components V, S; Range S; AoE 60 ft. sphere; Duration I

You strike a point on the ground in front of you, releasing shockwaves into the area. All creatures (including the caster) and objects within range take 15 points of normal damage.
