Pravian Imperium

Characters

(Lord) Pravus

The all powerful god of this universe, and the only true one, according to the Pravian faith (Ainyaly’s status as a goddess has been the subject of many debates). At least a millenium old, his true nature as a god is questionable, and it is unknown if he is a benevolent or a malevolent god. What is certain is his absolute power over anything imaginable, and a fondness to use his powers whenever he wishes.
The proper way of expressing oneself to him is with the phrase “Praise Pravus!”

Mummud

The fallen old god gone mad, he embodies all that is evil, bad, unholy and wrong. All the pain and suffering the universe gives, from a simple egg breaking or a bad trade to war, plagues, and massacres. The most common god an apostate worships. His place of residence is currently unknown, but is somewhere in the Bangle Fields. It is advised to keep as far away from him as possible and report any and all activities that may seem as his doing to the nearest church representative or inquisitor.
One does not express themselves openly to him, lest they be branded a apostate.

Ainyaly

The chosen one of Lord Pravus. Known for her beauty and kindness, she concerns herself with the matters of prosperity, comedy & cuteness. She is known for her devotion to memes and, along with cute animals, frequently accepts them as offerings for her blessings.
The proper way of expressing oneself to her is with the phrase “Adore Ainyaly”.

DocSc00ter (pronunciation unknown)

The impossibly gigantic entity that was here before anything else, we don’t know anything about it. Lord Pravus calls it “father” on occasion.

Angle

The de facto religious leader of the Pravian faith, he is the Holy Governor of the Pravian Imperium. He was created to tip the power scales in the war against Mummud, and was granted immeasurable powers to do it, including but not limited to the legendary BAN!hammer.  His rule is considered benevolent, but with an iron grip on the land.
The proper way of expressing oneself to him is with the phrase “Heil Angle!”

Bangle

When Angle first received the BAN!hammer, part of his soul has been corrupted into what is now known as Bangle. Bangle is the embodiment of war, death, punishment and violence. If left unchecked for longer periods of time, they can destroy a small country. As such, he is feared and praised by the general populace. Angle commonly willingly turns into Bangle before submitting punishment. It is unknown if Bangle can come out without the will of Angle.
The proper way of expressing oneself to him is with the phrase “Fear Bangle.”

Triangle

Even more of a myth than Bangle, Triangle is another alternate personality of Angle. Supposedly originating during the same incident as Bangle, Triangle is the embodiment of chaos, confusion & panic. On the rare occasions he surfaces, he enjoys pulling off small acts of mischief and (keyword mostly) harmless pranks. No one knows what would happen if all three were to combine.
The proper way of expressing oneself to him is with the phrase “Run, Triangle!”.

Dragon(god)

Angle’s current right hand. He is regarded as a controversial character. His common misbehavior gets him punished by both Lord Pravus and Angle. He enjoys patting and booping others, but above all he likes to tease Alpha, even to the point of engaging her in battle. Even with his misdeeds, he is a wielder of immense powers and is not to be underestimated.

Bradly

Angle’s current left hand. A man of diplomacy, he is responsible for keeping peace within the Imperium. He manages the relationships between the fragmens, rarely having to resort to bloodshed. For unknown reasons, his main weakness is close contact. Even with that, he has acquired himself a harem of considerable size.

Alpha

One of Angle’s close Faith Keepers. Nicknamed ‘hoarder of potatoes’, she oversees the research in Vinovium. She enjoys sparring with lower citizens of the Imperium, often to a crisp end. She can get quite on edge if poked (both figuratively and literally), especially by Dragon.

Izza(bow)

One of Angle’s close Faith Keepers. Chosen early from the common rabble to serve, he was granted powers to help the nation prosper. He is known for wielding Heretic Slayer, a blade rumored to be able to kill with a single strike. His favorite pastime is writing poetry. Despite what the general populace thinks, he is male.

Scratch (Fury)

Lord Pravus’s pet cat, gifted with immortality and human sentience for the pleasure and fluffiness of Lord Pravus when he descends down to the Material Plane. She is known for designing the art style of many of the major buildings in the Imperium. Nicknamed the Destroyer of Worlds due to her deeds at a very young age (we are talking cats after all), she was also approved power by Angle. She wears a mundane tophat that seems to float above her head at random times. We do not know why this happens.

Cannonfodder

One of the current Faith Keepers. The origins of this man are unknown, as are other things. There are even rumors of him existing before Pravus, but these rumors are clearly heresy. He can often be found attempting to resolve conflicts and bringing peace and order to the murkier parts of the realm. He is also busy running The Pravian Order, a small order dedicated to fiscally advancing the cause of Pravus. In battle, you can see him with his trademark sword and his battle cry “Pay Pravus (with your blood)”.

Darius Black(Methos)

One of the current Faith Keepers. Despite the rank and power that comes with it, he still prefers to wander the lands in person and help the country’s people where guards or laws fail to.
A man without a fixed home or base, he rarely stays long in one place, always on the move and always with an open ear and mind for the needs of those around him.

FireSax

One of the current Faith Keepers. Among the first settlers to walk this planet, FireSax joined the Inquisition early on in his career. He quickly rose up the ranks of the Inquisition, finally being picked out from them to serve as a Faith Keeper. He uses his fire saxophone to burn apostates and preserve the holy name of Pravus. He is also known for his strong affinity for Imperialism! Now, when the sounds of a saxophone are played to the traditional tune of Imperialism, you know that he is at work.

JP

One of the current Faith Keepers. As leader of the Inquisition, his work is mainly cleansing the world of heresy, be that internal or external. Known for his love of strategic battles of gigantic armies, he prefers to outsmart, rather than outnumber, the enemy to win. He is one of the easiest to find consistently, residing in the town of Emona.

Tophat

One of the current Faith Keepers. Born in the first population boom in the Imperium, he is the founder and current leader of the long-standing faction of BEAG. He is most renowned for the creation of the Arena, where he can be found most of the time, running his faction, the arena itself, and the prospering bakery chain. Owner of the Great Axe of the Barbarian, he sometimes fights the general populous for recreational purposes. His popularity with the masses is notable, being the living incarnation of the saying “Bread and games”, along with his general easygoing nature.

Tigera

One of the current Faith Keepers. Picked out from the rabble, he has quickly outed himself as having an extraordinarily strong affinity towards cookies and other baked goods, to the point of running an established bakery chain. Often helps out the inquisition by hiding amongst commoners and tracking down apostates and other enemies of the faith.
